Gestartet an einem sonnigen Herbstmorgen mit Fr\u00fchnebel entlang des Mittellandkanals Richtung L\u00fcneburg, zur\u00fcck \u00fcber die Landstra\u00dfe. Das sch\u00f6ne an Touren im Herbst: gesunde Snacks findet man an fast jeder Ecke ( \u00c4pfel, Birnen, Beeren etc. ).
