Neu an diesem Konzept ist die Hinterradlenkung, die Steuerung mittels eines Lenkrades, und das integrierte Solarpanel.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der Windschutzscheibe und dem Dach bleiben die Insassen des dreir\u00e4drigen Gef\u00e4hrts bei Wind und Wetter trocken. Neben dem Fahrer k\u00f6nnen auf der R\u00fcckbank ein weiterer Erwachsener oder zwei Kinder Platz finden. Zudem gibt es einen Kofferraum mit 70 Liter Volumen &#8211; bei verschobener R\u00fcckbank sind es sogar 220 Liter. Trotz der gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Platzverh\u00e4ltnisse ist der Hopper nur zwei Meter lang und rund 80 Zentimeter breit. So kann man ihn auch auf der Stra\u00dfe quer zur Fahrtrichtung in Parkl\u00fccken abstellen. Das Gewicht gibt der Hersteller mit 100 Kilo an.<\/p>\n<p>Als Energiequelle nutzt das Gef\u00e4hrt einen abnehmbaren, am herk\u00f6mmlichen 220V Netz aufladbaren Akku, der eine Reichweite von ca. 60 Kilometern erm\u00f6glichen soll. Durch das auf dem Dach verbaute Solarpanel kann der Hopper auf Kurzstrecken in den Sommermonten nahezu v\u00f6llig autark betrieben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Weil er rechtlich als Fahrrad gilt, darf man den Hopper \u00fcberall dort fahren, wo auch E-Bikes zul\u00e4ssig sind: auf Radwegen wie auch auf Stra\u00dfen.
